Now let me break this down for you....

We require an experienced Warehouse Operative for a minimum of a three month period.
It will be 12 weeks work (saves the gov having to give YOU a back to work bonus)
You'll loose 10 days money while trying to sign back on, not employed long enough and yet not signed off long ago, just enough to fk your benefits and make you avoid a rapid reclaim

The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in loading, unloading, packing and picking in a warehouse environment. Thats actualy irrelevent to you, your just a dogs body for 12 weeks

The hours of work are 45 hours Monday to Friday.
This is true, although you can do overtime on saturdays (the money isn't bad if you live at home with your parents and have no actual rent commitment that'll through you into court when them 12 weeks end and your left in Limbo with the DWP and left no way to pay your rent

The candidate should be prepared to manually handle a range of goods and items on a daily basis.
You will need to be extremely fit, you will also need to stand on the corners of Broken Badly Damaged Pallets.. while being lifted in the air to unload a 40 foot trailer full of 4 draw filling cabinets "by hand" these must be lifted out the "silverline trucks" and placed on the pallet behind you, then you'll be lowered to take 4 from the row below.. this will continue until you can now get into the truck. now if your lucky your in the 40ft truck moving these things by hand to the end of the trailer.. if your unlucky your lowering them off the back of the truck by hand and ONE MAN will have to carry one each into the bay and go back until it is done..
Then a truck with unstable shrink wrap chairs will be waiting next, and you will walk either side of teh pallet to ensure something 3 times your height and 7 times your weight doesn't fall off the SIDE of the forks..  meanwhile.. when your not busy, you can build chairs to...

Whilst not essential, the ability to drive a fork lift truck would be an advantage.
It would but only if one of the LONG TERM lads that get moved from Litherland to Kirkby every 12 weeks is off sick, other than that.. fork lifts are for sitting on while eating your dinner.. because only the DWP get a free seat from Dams....  Canteen?   lmfao

Nothing to say besides RE WRITE THE WHOLE SITE

anyone who remembers REED IN PARTNERSHIP, JOHN SMITH (the american) and Marie Maguire, the reed liaison between Dams own john m and our sorry souls.. remembers how reed shipped lads in and out on a 12 week rota to scam money from the gov.. while filling back to work quotas...

You may wonder just how they get away with this?
well you have to spend money to steal money, right?
sitting in a bank ya can't touch it, but if you make a plan, request funding.. then you can steal money and manipulate figures... creating jobs, open an office, supply it with furniture.. give it a name.. reed, ingeus, scencia... known under many names...  keep people moving round in an unending loop and alls they offer is an FLT, Chain Saw cert, or SIA.. oo and don't forget "save aways" for free travel....

DON'T WORK IN DAMS YOUR JUST BEING USED
and as a former employee i question their health and safety and business ethics

dams is only a small part of just how shit this gov treats the people of Liverpool while they ALL take massive bites out of budgets from London down the line to right here in our now Unfair City....

Look at the BOTTOM of the Dams International Official Website

Every one of them buttons just points back to the sites home page

Ok this could be a a site error, after all dams would be on facebook, and twitter, their such a big company right? especialy after all these years yes?

So ok then.. lets just look for them on facebook shall we, and see their presence....

ok.. not good, lets try

ok 4 were here?

well i worked their in 2005, the website is copywrited 2011

and that FOUR visitors page  (its not a page.. its a Listing
we ALL no what FB pages look like.. and its NOT THIS

part of the Tax Payers Money.. said to go through FINDING PEOPLE JOBS
Just goes through Dams and places like that... the people who work at ingeus, reed, scencia all them so called back to work places know how this works.. but as they have a job.. they just don't care...

They also offer this service which im sure is handy for other companies doing this to people on the dole
http://www.dams.com/Secure-Pallet-Storage

and that place does look nicer than the TEMP location often opened like some form of temporary concentration camp for when they need to rotate stock and get some gov incentives...

Corruption?  yes...  so walk away...

UPDATE:

YE WE ARE STILL WATCHING YOU..AND YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS.....
( OR LACK THEIR OF.... )

Now they want kinds fresh outa school, with no brains or anything.. come throw your body into total chaos for 12 fkn weeks.... ((what is that gona do to the NHS in the next 5 years))
yes... all these places, it all adds up....

£2.68 An Hour...
I love the way it says GSCE  LMFAO....
Because you need a gcse to stand on a damaged pallet and b lifted into the air.. to unload a 40ft truck of filling cabinets.... NONE OF WHICH COME ON PALLETS.....

DANGER.. DANGER WILL ROBBINSON... DANGER... RUN AWAY....
